HKW-freie Vorbehandlung für umweltfreundliche Beschichtungsprozesse

The modern plasma vacuum technology gives many environmentally chances to improve technical surfaces. New and innovative products can be created by using this multifunctional and powerful coatings. But an acceptable adhesion of the coating on different materials is a very important requirement for a technical use. Since the ban of fluor-chlor-hydrocarbons the cleaning of surfaces becomes a great problem for small companies because of high costs and its complexity. The development of new and economic cleaning methods and the adaptation of this methods to the following deposition was the goal of this project. In a second phase the results of the development were offered to interested companies under the conditons of the lifeproject. Above all only consumer companies and not the job-coaters were interested in using the new cleaning methods and decorative and tribologically coatings.
