Intelligenter 6-Komponenten-Kraft/Moment-Sensor mit INTERBUS-S-Schnittstelle

Based on a discussion of demands to modern smart force/torque sensors in the industrial robotics, the authors describe the concept and realization of a six- components force/torque-sensor, which was developed at the IFF together with industrial partners. Particularly, a field-bus-connection with an INTERBUS-S-hardware is described. A concept for transmitting process-data and processcommunication data using the process-data-channel from the INTERBUS-S was developed and implemented.
