Vortrag gehalten auf dem Werkstofftechnischen Kolloquium und der Industriefachtagung Oberflächen- und Wärmebehandlungstechnik 2009, 01.-02.10. 2009, Chemnitz; WTK 2009; OWT 2009
Abstract
Coated tools are designed and optimized by numerical simulation. Goal is to limit the high wear due to the high-tensile aluminium alloys. Furtermore the work steps are mentioned from the modelation of the tools to the different parameters which have to be collected by means of parameter identification.Difficulties during this like very high number of elements, extreme difference in size or interaction of the parameters are listed possible solutions are discussed. Finally future work packages are presented and by this the aspired development is pointed out.
