The acceptance of videoconferences in internal conversations of the German Post Office

There is general satisfaction with the use of videoconference equipment, although some improvements are suggested. The proportion of users pleased with the resulting reduction in travelling, was 60% for younger members of staff rising to 92% for those over 60. A few users used the equipment more than 10 times per month, but most used it only one or twice.
