Systemanalyse der Wertstromlogistik. Ganzheitliche Analyse der Produktionslogistik aus der Wertstromperspektive

Die Wertstromlogistik widmet sich der Adaption der Wertstrommethode auf die Intralogistik. Dieser Beitrag stellt die Analyse des logistischen Systems vor. Aufbauend auf der Analyse der Materialbereitstellung für einzelne Produktionsprozesse beschreibt er die Erstellung der Systemsicht und führt eine symbolische Darstellung der Kennzahlen ein. Das Ergebnis ist eine Übersicht des logistischen Systems zur Identifikation von Potenzialen. Eine Fallstudie demonstriert die praktische Anwendung.

Value stream logistics is dedicated to adapting the value stream method to intralogistics. This article introduces the analysis of a complete logistical system. Based on the analysis of material provision for single processes, it describes the creation of a system view and introduces symbols for depicting KPIs. It results in an overview of the logistical system for identifying potential improvements. A case study demonstrates how to apply the method.
