Automatische Recherche von Markenpiraterie im Internet - Informationsbeschaffung und syntaktische Analyse

Jährlich entstehen Schäden in Milliardenhöhe durch Marken- und Produktpiraterie. Eine immer größere Rolle spielt dabei das Internet. Um Marken und Produkte im Internet gegen Missbrauch zu schützen, muss ein hoher Aufwand getrieben werden, da die Suche nach Verstößen gegen die Rechte der Markeninahber nur unter hohem personellen Einsatz möglich ist. Im Rahmen der vorliegenden Arbeit wird ein flexibles System zur Überwachung von Internetinhalten zu schaffen, um Verdachtsfälle von Marken- und Produktpiraterie aufzuspüren. Dazu werden Webseiten in Bezug auf ihre Inhalte, z.B. Texte und Bilder, in mehreren Schritten analysisert und bewertet. Das System kann entsprechend dem konkreten Überwachungsszenario konfiguriert werden und soll eine effektive Hilfestellung für die Recherche bieten.

Year by year companies suffer losses of billions of Euros by brand and product piracy. The internet is playing a more and more important role in this repsect. To protect brands and products from abuse, significant effort is required, because currently the discovery of violations against the rights of intellectual property owners can only be managed by involving a lot of human resources. Within the scope of this thesis a flexible system was developed to monitor internet contents and detect suspicious websites. Therefore, the contents (text, images) of websites are analysed and evaluated in multiple steps. The system is able to adopt to multiple scenarios by changing its configuration.
