The authors regret, that there was an error in the context of the article. The political target value in 2030 for the expansion of electromobility was incorrectly shown in Fig. 4, although no direct translation of the target value into market shares is possible. Therefore, we would like to adjust the figure (without the target value) and correct the corresponding places in the text. To our regret, the error has been noticed only now, but in order not to draw any wrong conclusions from this, we ask for an adjustment of the article.
