Usage Information for Product and Service Optimization

The following paper describes a German cooperative project in the area of Quality Information Systems.The goal of the project is to implement computer-aided quality loops for industrial enterprises. About 50 partners - user companies, system vendors and academic participants - are involved in this project, which is organized into eleven project teams and five thematic cross-sections.The project team here described is concerned with the area of marketing, sales/dis- tribution and service.
