Women in the career system of innovative enterprises

In international comparison, women are underrepresented in the innovation processes in German enterprises. Our intention was to find reasons which induce enterprises to utilize the potential of women in their research and development activities more intensively and which framework conditions encourage women to dedicate themselves to research and development (R&D) activities in enterprises.
