Title

Properties of the InGaAs bow-tie diode arrays for room temperature terahertz detection

Abstract
The InGaAs bow-tie diode arrays have been designed and fabricated for room temperature THz detection for frequencies above 0.5 THz. Finite - Difference Time - Domain simulations were applied to simulate device performance in densely packed array pixels.
