Title

Development of Waveguide Filters through Lithography Metal Manufacturing Technology

Abstract
This paper reports on a study focused on the implementation of a novel additive manufacturing process, namely the Lithography Metal Manufacturing technology, aimed at the development of waveguide filters. For this technology, an end-to-end manufacturing route based on copper was completely developed from material selection to testing. RF test vehicles operating at 20 GHz and 30 GHz were manufactured to assess dimensional accuracy and electrical conductivity of the printed parts.
