Thermische Verwertung von Beschichtungsstoffen und Lackschlämmen in Holzfeuerungen

In a two-stage combustion system incineration test have been done under optimized conditions with HPL-coated and uncoated UF-resin-bonded particleboards. In additional tests the uncoated particleboards have been mixed with plastics made from ABS-copolymer or PVC respectivly lacquerwaste. Apart from PVC the coatings and additives had only little influence on the incineration process and hardly affected for example the emissions of chloride, heavy metals and dioxins.
