Optimierung der gesamten Logistikkette bei der DSK - Vorstellung des Teilprojekts "Materialwirtschaftliche Planung"

Mit dem Teilprojekt "Materialwirtschaftliche Planung" wurde bei der DSK das Ziel verfolgt, die Planungsqualität sowie die dazugehörige Systemunterstützung mit besonderem Fokus auf eine erhöhte Wiedereinsatzquote gebrauter, aber noch einsatzfähiger Materialien zu verbessern. Im Vordergrund standen hierbei auf der einen Seite die Prozesse bei der Erstellung der Stücklisten und auf der anderen Seite die Sicherstellung der Berücksichtigung von Planungsänderungen.

With the partial project "Planning of material management" DSK pursued the aim of improvement of the planning quality as well as the associated system support with special focus on a higher rate of re-utilisation of already used but still serviceable materials. The processes in the compilation of the parts lists on the one hand and ensuring that planning modifications are taken into account on the other were in the forefront.
