Autonome Montagezellen in Matrix-Produktionssystemen

Der Beitrag beschreibt einen Ansatz, mit dem autonome Montagesysteme ihre Eigenschaften durch lokale Selbstoptimierung verbessern. In Abgrenzung zu bestehenden
Systemen ist dieser Ansatz für kleine und mittlere Chargen wesentlich besser geeignet, da die notwendige Anlagentechnik weniger komplex und adaptiv einsetzbar ist sowie eine sequenzielle Einbindung von Handarbeitsplätzen im Sinne "hybrid-autonomer Zellen" vorsieht. Zudem wird die Einbettung des Konzepts in eine matrixbasierte Produktion aufgezeigt.

This article describes an approach how autonomous assembly systems use local self-optimization to improve their properties. In contrast to existing systems, this approach is much more suitable for small and medium-sized batches, since the system technology is less complex, can be used more adaptively and a sequential integration of manual workstations is planned in the sense of "hybrid autonomous cells". Also, the embedding of the concept in a matrix-based production is presented.
