Faseroptische konfokale Mikroendoskopie für die In-vivo-Diagnostik

Eines der wichtigsten Ziele der modernen Medizin ist es, die Therapie und Diagnose für Patienten weniger belastend zu gestalten. Hierfür werden in zunehmendem Maße mikroelektronische und mikrooptische Technologien eingesetzt. In einem aktuellen Forschungsprojekt wird ein neuartiges Messsystem für den Einsatz in der In-vivo-Zellmikroskopie entwickelt. Es basiert auf dem Konzept eines miniaturisierten faseroptischen konfokalen Mikroskops.

Therefore microelectronic and microoptical technologies are increasingly used. A novel measuring system is developed in a current research project. It is based on the concept of a miniaturised fiberoptical confocal microscope.
