Vertrauensprozesse implementieren

The following paper describes how trust management can be linked into the project management structures of an organisation, based on the case studies of two project-driven companies: a general design contractor in the construction industry and a supplier for the automotive industry. Both companies have chosen specific approaches on how to support the establishment of a good trust basis within their multidisciplinary and multipartner innovation projects by analyzing the typical workflow of a project and implementing suitable tools. The analyses and the development of the trust management tools have taken place within the project ""trust management systems for innovation cooperation in product and service development processes (VERMIKO)"", funded by the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research and the European Social Fund.
