Nachhaltige Instandhaltung im Industrial Facility Management

Die überwiegende Anzahl der Unternehmen der produzierenden Industrie erkennt den Beitrag der Instandhaltung zum Unternehmenserfolg inzwischen an. Dies ergab eine vom Bundesministerium für Bildung und Forschung (BMBF) geförderte Untersuchung zur Identifikation und Aufbereitung der Potenziale und Handlungsfelder nachhaltiger Instandhaltung. Kernaussage der Untersuchung ist, dass die Bedeutung der Instandhaltung erheblich zugenommen hat und auch zukünftig weiter an Bedeutung gewinnen wird. Der Beitrag stellt die Untersuchungsergebnisse für die teilnehmenden Unternehmen der Industrial Facility Management Branche im Vergleich zur Gesamtauswertung dar. Dadurch wird deutlich, wo diese aufstrebende Branche im Vergleich zu den anderen Branchen steht. Hauptaussage Instandhaltung ist wichtig zur Sicherung des Produktionsstandortes Deutschland!

The prevailing number of enterprises of the producing industry accepts the contribution of maintenance to economic success, in the meantime. This proved one of the German Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF) promoted study on the potentials and fields of action of sustainable maintenanace. Core statement of the study is that the meaning of maintenance has considerably increased and also in the future significance will continue to gain. This article represents the study results for the participating enterprises of the Industrial Facility Management sector in comparison to the total evaluation.
