Title
Stress-oriented Job Rotation
Title Supplement
A Collection and Analysis of Planning Parameters
Abstract
Physical and cognitive stress related to the design of workstations represents one of many challenges for companies when it comes to a healthy and productive workforce. Stress-oriented Job Rotation is an organisational approach to address this challenge by balancing out different forms and levels of stress in workstations. The paper shows that effective Job Rotation needs to address various parameters during the planning stage. Deriving 240 planning parameters from a systematic literature analysis, we conduct a network analysis to elucidate correlations and an overall structure within the identified parameters. A general structure of six sub-groups could be identified. The resulting collection of parameters is the basis for the future development of a stress-oriented Job Rotation planning approach.
