Montage biegeschlaffer Mikrobauteile

In der hybriden Mikromontage stellt derzeit die Handhabung von biegeschlaffen Mikrobauteilen, wie etwa dünnen Drähten oder Glasfasern, eine entscheidende Herausforderung dar [1]. Insbesondere in der Montage optischer Komponenten werden Montagetoleranzen bis in den Sub-Mikrometerbereich verlangt. Die aus wirtschaftlichen Gründen noch häufig praktizierte manuelle Montage ist hierfür nicht ausreichend in Genauigkeit und Wiederholbarkeit. Dies fordert neue Ansätze für hochgenaue, flexibel automatisierbare und kostengünstige Handhabungstechnik.

At present the handling and assembly of limp micro parts such as thin wires or glass fibres is one of the most important fields in hybrid micro assembly. Particularly in the assembly of optical components tolerances down to the sub-micrometer range are demanded. In this field for economical reasons manual assembly is still often exer cised though it is not sufficient in its accuracy and repeatability. This requires new approaches for highly accurate, flexible automated and cost effective handling techniques.
