Title

A multiprocessor GKS architecture in a UNIX environment

Abstract
This paper describes a multiprocessor GKS in a UNIX environment that is based on functional distribution principles as well as on object-oriented distribution of a graphics system. The main concept, using more than one processing unit with at least one output pipeline, is described. (AGD)
