Digitales Shopfloor Management

Process mining counts as mean to automatically exploit large amounts of data and to derive process maps. In shopfloor management it still lacks a structured approach to establish process mining techniques. Therefore, the paper proposes to integrate process mining into a case-based reasoning framework to support problem-solving processes and the efficient integration of derived counter measures in production.
