Title

Mobile Lidar Scanning in Dynamic Urban Environments: Challenges and Applications

Abstract
We present recent research conducted with the lidar-equipped experimental vehicle MODISSA. Applications include real-time object detection and large-scale 3D mapping. We contribute our experiences and general thoughts on operating mobile lidar sensors in urban environments.
