Vorstellung des Konzepts eines keramischen Wärmestromsensors

This Conference paper presents the concept of a new ceramic heat flux sensor. By the way of introduction, the importance for the measurement technology in the automotive development process is explained and why the measurement ofthe heat flux density with suitable sensors represents an important contribution in the future thermal adjustment. In the following, the basic concept ofthe heat flux sensor is explained, which is based on a ceramic material. Furthermore, the design ofthe heat flux sensor will be discussed. In addition to the design, the manufacturing process and the technical challenges are presented. Finally, the article provides an overview ofthe further development process ofthe heat flux sensor.
