Large-scale application of binary subwavelength structures

Abstract
We report on the design, fabrication and characterization of large-scale diffractive elements with high diffraction efficiencies, tailored polarization behaviour and small wave-front errors using special binary subwavelength structures. ©2009 IEEE.
