Optimierung des Zeitinterleavings bei der Konfiguration eines DVB-H Multiplexes

The paper discusses quality of service for DVB-H reception on mobile receiver terminals. The paper also refers to multiplexing, "time- slicing" and transmission fault protection. Transport protocols are illustrated, and Doppler effects in mobile reception are explained. The MPE-FEC code rate effects on signal-noise ratio are also considered. A quantitative study of the effects of time-interleaving on MPE-FEC error rate is also reported.
