Measurement system for the evaluation of R&D knowledge in the engineering sector

The efficient and effective use and development of R&D knowledge in the engineering becomes a decisive factor for securing the competitive success. Thus this valuable resource has to be considered, made transparent and evaluated, in order to enable an optimal strategic planning. The EU-project MAGIC is developing a measurement methodology based on the evaluation of critical success factors under special consideration of Intellectual Capital. This methodology enables companies to measure their immaterial values in a pragmatic and structured way.
