High-bandwidth VCSEL devices
Abstract
In this presentation low cost, high-speed (20 Gb/s directly modulated, 35 GHz electrooptically modulated) emitters based on VCSEL structures will be presented. These devices are predicted to play a major role in LAN backbone systems.
