Establishing an electric mobility ecosystem

This paper sketches the idea, execution and results of a project to establish an electric mobility ecosystem in the southern German Bundesland of Baden-Württemberg. The project was conducted by a team of different organizations comprising participants/companies which offer services necessary for the use of electric mobility. The project aimed at establishing a one-stop-concept for electric mobility users in the pre-sales and use phase. The preliminary results of the project presented in this paper are encouraging and contain key learnings for the establishment of other ecosystems with SME.
