Entwicklung eines Konzepts zur Integration von Simulationen ins E-Learning

Diese Diplomarbeit behandelt das Thema Kontextualisierung von unternehmensinterner Kommunikation und Medienwahl als Kernlösungsansatz. Ziel ist es, Mitarbeitern anhand ihres Kommunikationskontextes und des Unternehmenskontext geeignete Kommunikationsmedien für einen Kommunikationsprozess vorzuschlagen. Dazu werden zahlreiche Medienwahltheorien untersucht und verglichen. Die Untersuchung der Medienwahltheorien zeigt, dass diese nicht vollständig für die Verwendung in unternehmensinterner Kommunikation geeignet sind, weshalb ein abgewandeltes Medienwahlmodell auf Basis der gewonnen Erkenntnisse eingeführt wird. Dieses Modell wird für die Kontextualisierung von unternehmensinterner Kommunikation verwendet.

This diploma thesis discusses contextualization of intra-company communication and media choice as a key solution for this problem. The purpose is to automatically choose appropriate communication media for a given communication context and company context. For that, several media choice theories are analysed and compared. The analyzation of the media choice theories showed that none of them is fully appropriate for use in intra-company communication. This led to an adapted media choice model based on insights of the analysed media choice theories. The adapted media choice model is then uses for contextualization of intra-company communication.
