Title Supplement
Technical Report
Abstract
The green hydrogen agenda process is a member stateled research and innovation initiative to build a European hydrogen economy. The process was initiated 'bottom-up' at the informal meeting of research ministers on 21 July 2020 and confirmed by the Council Conclusions on the New European Research Area of 27 November 2020. With the help of broad stakeholder participation from science, industry and civil society, the transparent and open process aims to identify the most urgent research issues that need to be addressed to strengthen the competitiveness of green hydrogen in Europe. From August to October 2021, a public consultation was conducted to collect feedback on initial research questions in the fields of 'Production', 'Transport and Infrastructure' as well as 'Market Stimulation'.
