Single-frequency kHz-linewidth 2-µm GaSb-based semiconductor disk lasers with multiple-watt output power

Abstract
A 1 W output power single-frequency 2.05-µm semiconductor disk laser with a linewidth of 20 kHz (60 kHz) by Pound-Drever-Hall wavelength stabilization (without active wavelength stabilization) is demonstrated.
