Title

Creating innovations and growth through diversity

Abstract
In order to ensure success, an enterprise has to be faster than its competitors. This also means that enterprises have to place new products and services quickly and successfully. Therefore, it is crucial to create optimal conditions during all phases of the innovation process. The key is the combination of two factors. Firstly, the factors determining the innovation capabilities of an enterprise have to be operated precisely. Secondly, the employees' abilities need to be utilised. Using the potential of women, elderly employees or employees with different cultural backgrounds will open up new perspectives, which will result in new and creative ideas, and lead to new approaches. As a result, decision-making and product development will improve, leading to a better and more efficient use of innovative chances, an increasing number of innovative products and, in the end, to continuous and stable growth.
