Title

Undistorted terahertz pulses propagation in slightly curved parallel plate waveguide

Abstract
It is proposed and investigated the 8-cm-long slightly curved parallel plate oversized waveguide as wideband THz interconnecting line. Its use in waveguide TDS is demonstrated by measuring absorbance of tiny amount of water vapor.
