Recommendations for action in the "services" field of research and development

In this chapter, we would like to summarise the core findings we were able to conclude from the analyses of the first survey among the international panel of experts within the project titled ""MARS - International Monitoring on Activities and Research in Services"" and phrase recommendations for action for the future of service research and the service economy for the stakeholders in politics, science and business.
