Test case modeling notation for eclipse plug-ins

This thesis deals with the introduction of a test concept for Eclipse Plug-Ins. It describes a new process to e ectively create test cases. A notation and an editor have been developed to achieve this goal. Both are part of the bigger process, that supports test developers in creating new test cases. It provides features to quickly create new test cases, based on already existing ones and allows the tester to use variables, that can be defined different in every test run. The process can generate runnable test cases for every supported Capture&Replay tool.
