Programmable hardware-architecture for real-time pattern-recognition systems
Abstract
This paper presents some new ideas concerning implementation of real-time pattern recognition systems for visual inspection, automated assembling systems, and pattern recognition research systems. Global system architectures will be discussed, and the consequent use of programmable hardware devices will be analysed.
