Thermal waveguide changes in high power fiber lasers
Abstract
Thermal waveguide changes in high power fiber lasers can have a significant effect on the waveguide properties of large mode area fibers. We demonstrate this by overcoming avoided crossings and measuring the fundamental mode shrinking.
