Planung und Konzipierung einer Fertigungszelle zur Sandformbearbeitung mit Knickarmrobotern

Die vorliegende Arbeit befasst sich mit der Ausarbeitung eines Konzepts für eine Fertigungszelle zur Bearbeitung von Sandformen mit Knickarmrobotern. Diese soll in ein vorhandenes Hallenlayout, unter Berücksichtigung der örtlichen Gegebenheiten, integriert werden. Basierend auf den Anforderungen des Kunden wird ein Anforderungsprofil für die Roboterfräszelle inklusive Peripherie erarbeitet und systematisiert. Im Anschluss werden Konzepte für die Einhausung des Gefahrenbereichs, die Aufstellung des Roboters und die Absaugung der Zelle entwickelt und nach verschiedenen Kriterien bewertet. Angesichts des hohen Gefahrenpotentials beim Umgang mit Industrierobotern (IR) wird abschließend ein Sicherheitskonzept erstellt, welches die relevanten Sicherheitssysteme in Verbindung mit der Automatisierung der Roboterfräszelle erläutert.

This thesis discusses the development of a concept for a production cell for machining of sand molds with industrial robots. This should be, taking into account the local conditions, integrated into an existing hall layout. Based on customer requirements, a profile of specifications for the milling cell including peripherals is developed and systematized. In a next step, concepts for the enclosure of the hazardous area, the installation of the robot and the exhaust ventilation of the cell are developed and evaluated according to different criteria. In view of the high hazard potential when handling with industrial robots (IR), a safety concept is finally created, which explains the relevant security systems in combination with the automation of the milling cell.
