Title

Experiences in specifying perceived software quality

Abstract
Non-functional requirements, like Scalability and Maintainability, have to be specified into measurable properties to conduct software evaluation. A method for doing so should be goal-oriented, apply the opinions of domain experts focus upon software artefacts. This paper present method is the result of a case study done earlier. This paper presents the rationale of such a specification method and the experiences in applying this method to specify Maintainability of an embedded software system.
