Title

Monolithic 90° hybrid with balanced PIN photodiodes for 100 Gbit/s PM-QPSK receiver applications

Abstract
A monolithically integrated InP 90deg hybrid with waveguide PIN-photodiodes is presented. Stable performance was achieved over a wavelength range from 1520 nm to 1570 nm and a temperature range from 0degC to 75degC.
