Emissionen aus Holzfaserformteilen und Dämpfungswerkstoffen

Textile fleece materials and moulded fibre products were used in cars for different purposes. These materials can emit formaldehyde, ammonia and some volatile organic compounds. For testing the emissions a 1 cbm chamber test was developed simulating the conditions in a car heated by the sunlight. For short time testing the gas analysis and the flask method are assessed. These test methods are used to develop new materials with low emissions.
