Array of miniaturized fluxgate sensors for non-destructive testing applications
Abstract
Im vorliegenden Artikel wird über die Realisierung eines Fluxgate-Zeilesensors für Aufgaben in der zerstörungsfreien Prüftechnik berichtet. Der Zeilensensor besteht aus vier Fluxgates mit je 500µm Abstand und einer Empfindlichkeit von 30mV/µT. Erste Messungen an Bohrern und gelochtem Stahlblech werden vorgestellt.

The article presented here reports on the realization of a linear fluxgate array for non-destructive testing applications. It consists of four fluxgate sensors with 500µm pitch and a sensitivety of 30mV/µT. First measurement results of machine drills and sheet steel with holes are presented.
