Evaluation of EUREKA Industrial and Economic Effects
Abstract
A broad empirical investigation of an international group of evaluation experts into the industrial and economic effects of completed projects of the EUREKA-initiative brought about that, according to its aims, some: strengthened initiated European cooperation; European markets (not trans-European competitived); included broader social effects as well. The bottom-up approach is limited. Recommendations include a higher degree of selectiveness should be considered.
