Fabrik Life Cycle Management

Dieser Aufsatz beschreibt die Fortschritte des IFF (Universität Stuttgart) auf dem Gebiet der Produktionsforschung, in dem es das vorhandene Wissen, Kompetenzen und Praxisbeispiele in einer offenen, dienstleistungsbasierten, kollaborativen und standardisierten Umgebung für das Fabrik Life Cycle Management integriert hat. Um den neuen Herausforderungen in der Produktion zu begegnen, müssen Fabriken als ein Produkt betrachtet werden, das wandelbare und anpassungsfähige Strukturen hat. Die Produkte müssen schnell und angemessen auf interne und externe Turbulenzen reagieren können. Dafür werden neue Modelle, Methoden und Prozesse der Kooperation und der Integration über den gesamten Lebenslauf angewendet.

The paper presents the research steps the IFF (Universität Stuttgart) made on promoting the knowledge, competences and best practices in the field of Manufacturing Engineering through an open, service-based, collaborative and standardized environment for Factory Life Cycle. To face the new challenge of the manufacturing industries, the factories have to be approached as a product, being characterized by "transformable and adaptable" structures. They have to react quickly and appropriate to the internal and external changes/turbulences, by using new collaboration and integration models, methods and procedures along the value chain and its life cycle.
