Title

Interband cascade external laser system for the rapid detection of trace gases in the MIR region

Abstract
An IC-ECL with different waveguide concepts and a MEMS device as tuning element for high acquisition rates is presented. Characterization results and use for detection of trace gases in the MIR region will be shown.
