Non-functional requirements engineering - quality is essential

The purpose of this paper is to review the state-of-the-art in the engineering of NFR, and to define an agenda for future NFR research. Therefore we define the requirements on a NFR method, compare this with current approaches and sketch ideas how to fill the gap between the current methods and our requirements. The main challenge for future research in our view is to improve the understanding of the notion quality.
