Title

High bandwidth heterodyne receiver OEIC, fabricated with a three stage MOVPE

Abstract
A very simple integration process requiring only 3 epitaxial steps for the fabrication of a heterodyne receiver including a fast DFB-laser (11 GHz), a 3 dB-coupler and high speed balanced receivers (9 GHz) is described.
