100GHz Balanced Photodetector Module

Abstract
We demonstrate a 100GHz balanced photodetector module. Regarding the bandwidth the module exceeds all other state of the art balanced modules. The module focuses on next generation optical networks with 112GBaud and operates in C-band and L-band.
