Schritte zu einem System zur Auswertung von Stereobildfolgen

A concept for a stereo image sequence processing system is introduced. The image features under consideration are edges in the image intensity function. The result is a 3D polygonal edge structure. Feature tracking through time and the correspondence problem between stereo image pairs are both solved with the same flexible algorithm using dynamic programming. Examples of stereo reconstruction and edge tracking are given using sequences of real world images.
