Title
Silicon photonic biosensors for label-free detection of small biomolecules
Abstract
A regenerable, multiplexed, and scalable photonic biosensor platform was developed to enable detection of small molecules such as miRNA biomarkers. Research involved design and fabrication of Si 3 N 4 waveguide-based sensors and development of a portable system.
